Poor Service yet again
Yet again I'm disappointed with level of service at fnb.
Requested paid up letter. Waa advised I'll receive in 4 hours. Request logged 6.5 hours ago. When will I receive? I needed it today.

05 Jun 2024, 06:45I contacted FNB again yesterday evening only to find that the previous agent relayed incorrect information to me.
To make matters worse it takes 4 days to send a simple paid up letter. Surely it can't take that long to send something so simple? To check the system and then send a letter based on that should be quick.
I need a paid up letter for my temp loan paid off 24 May 2024.

05 Jun 2024, 15:10Unfortunately I receive a response from Bongani Mnguni who seems to have failed to read the actual request. Now do I have to wait close to another 24 hours to receive correct documentation?
If you check previous correspondence with team you will notice the similar type of occurrence where it seems agents are not reading the query properly or nit checking to ensure document or action taken is in line with requirement.
Please urgently assist

Unfortunately I receive a response from Bongani Mnguni who seems to have failed to read the actual request. Now do I have to wait close to another 24 hours to receive correct documentation?
