Poor service - Wrong product delivered - No feedback on replacement

I placed an order (Black Friday special) for a Nutribullet Pro 900 W. I took delivery of the product but only opened the delivery packaging on 22 December as it was purchased as a gift. To my dismay, I was given the Nutribullet 600 W. I lodged a complaint on 22 December 2021. I received an email that the complaint was assigned to a consultant. To date, I have not received any feedback and I am wasting money on the phone waiting for the call centre to provide feedback. Complaint reference ***. I want this product to be replaced with the correct advertised product that I purchased.
