Poor service with unexplained activities of *****

I waited very long to NOT BE assisted. The bank deleted the chat injad with the agent which included that I will report the service however because it has happend before this time I actually screen shot the chat.I have screen shots of the chat and screen shots of how it has dissappeard from my app.my issue remains unresolved,I am being transfered from.her to there and not 1 agent has had a proper conversation with me.
