Poor service when something goes awry as all ways

Once again I have to come to Hellopeter to complain about my service with FNB. My credit card account facility changed without notice and I requested a cancellation, I am still awaiting feedback from the branch manager as the call centre was unable to help. Also waiting for feedback on mail. I would like to know how and when this account was changed and why I am billed differently. But unfortunately no response and no one seems to want to assist.
