Poor Service *****ulent Transaction Credit Card

I am extremely disappointed with FNB. In less than 3 months my credit card was used for *****ulent transactions again. I activated my card for purchases abroad for 5 days and asked for it for it to be deactivated, then this morning at 3am a transaction (*****ulent) goes out my credit card for 32k, how can FNB not even call or ask why would I use my card at 3am for accommodation that’s red flags straight away! Now I have to wait 30 days for query to be resolved and pay interest on a transaction that’s not mine, why can’t FNB use a system to ask the user at 3am if it’s legit or why can’t you reverse my money immediately it went out immediately. This is not on FNB
