Poor Service to their Clients making promises they can't keep
I have homeloan with FNB, My account allows me to withdraw extra funds whenever I have them. I called them last week to check my available funds and I was told the amount available. I app**** for refund on the available funds and I was told my money will be deposited tomorrow Friday and to my surprise today I'm told I will not be able to access the funds. I pay extra on my credit bond for savings purposes of emergency and now I have emergency they don't want to release my funds.

03 Dec 2021, 20:09Today at9:00 I received a call from FNB complaints to take my complaint and he told me he will forward my complaint to relevant officials. Till now no response and I'm worried, this is the matter of urgency ðŸ˜ðŸ˜.
