Poor service to clients

Bad Bad Bad Bad Bank ever in south africa compare to other banks. 3 weeks ago I received Money for purchase order that I delivered goods to one of the parastatul. FNB freezes the next thing they told i was not supposed to received money and I submmited all neccesary documents as a proof of where money is coming. Even today on 20 December the account is still frozen, I cant even operate my company, now its month end I need to pay salaries, rent , etc still my account is frozen for no reason. I would never recommend anyone to open Fnb business account. No one is assisting me i have been trying to call left and right even today i made 10 calls no assistance no answer. I am going to move to Nedbank I am very much tired of this bank it doesnt treat their customers right and it will make you suffer for what you have work for my red number is *** the contact person is ***
