Poor Service, time wasting and inefficient

I was so dissapointed in the service i received from FNB forest hill last week. I went there to print a bank statement and the que at the Atm was too long so i opted to use online banking inside. My banking app was currently deactivated because i had changed phones hense struggled to access my profile. They gave me such a run around i ended up spending about an hour in the bank just to get a bank statement. At last when i logged on and printed it i selected the unverified one and for them to just stamp the papers they asked to go back and log on again and do the printing process again. I was really losing it by then wat cud be so difficult in just stamping 3 sheets of paper!!!! I will never use that branch again its like they dont wanna work those women in there.
