POOR SERVICE, THEY DO NOT COME BACK WHEN CALLING IN OR THE CUT THE PHONE CALL!!!

I have been struggling to close my credit card with FNB for the past 2 weeks. I have been calling in everyday as they do not want to help when you go to a FNB branch. I would been transferred to the credit card cancellation department and after that they cut the line or deny my phone call. I am so over this now !!!!! I want to close my credit card account with FNB, can someone at FNB just please do their job and assist ????
