POOR service, taken to another level!

<p>I was in New York last month and stayed in 2 hotels that held a deposit from my Cheque Card upon check-in. I also rented some bikes from Citi Bike. As promised by these three companies my money reflected on my account but it needed my bank to clear it so that it appears on 'available balance'.</p> <p>Nothing happened and called the hotels to inquire on what’s happening. They all told me the amount was released from their side and i must contact my bank. I contacted my bank (FNB) and they sent me a 'Debit card dispute form' that i had to complete. I did that immediately and sent it back (05.05.2016). I was promised that the balances were going to be fixed in 5-8 working day. Till today nothing happened.</p> <p>I called the back today and spoke to an agent (Seelo) they sent me a sms (to a numbers that i changed months ago) requesting some evidence from the hotels that the money was reversed. I called the hotels in the USA and both told me the same thing, they cannot provide any document as the amount was just held and release, it doesn't even reflect in their records. </p> <p>Spoke to another agent (Lawrence Shai) later who asked me to resend the form again. Now I am stuck without money yet i have money in my account.</p> <p>I am so, so frustrated as i am travel out of the country over the weekend and FNB is throwing me back and forth without any progress demanding documents that i cannot get.</p> <p>This is absurd!!!!</p>
