Poor service rendered

I am a very disappointed with the service rendered by FNB. On the 28 September I have opened ***** case and I was promised to receice a call from investigator , on the 04 October called them again to make the follow up they told me they escalated this matter and Ishould receive a call from investigator but till to date I have not received a call.
