Poor service received from FNB Law on Call

I want to tell you that I am so disappointed by the appalling services you provide. You are quick to reject the claim without gathering adequate information. You didn’t even ask how long the employee worked for me and to explore ways to work around the matter. Instead of supporting your members in times of need, you simply quote clauses so as to dismiss the case as “lacking the prospects of success”. What are you really there for? Your call centre agents lack experience. For if they did, the services provided would have been different. I had to pay for a labour law specialist while you deduct my account on monthly basis. For your information, I won the case. I am reconsidering your useless services!!!
