Poor Service Received From FNB For 2 MONTHS STRAIGHT !!!!!!!
I have been with FNB for 28 years and never received such poor service from them until now.
I was in a car accident in Augsust which resulted in the car being a write-off. When I app**** for finance for a new car they advised there was an account in arrears which is the reason the application was rejected more than once, heavily impackting my credit score.
When I finally found out which account this is I realised FNB duplicated a temp loan account without my knowledge which was never updated although the original account has been paid up and a paid up letter was received.
When I reached out to them no one was able to assist me and during my working hours which is from 06:00-18:00 so going to a branch is hardly a option so I had to sit on calls (which ONE OF THEM was over 3 and a half hours long) and just getting transfered the whole time to different departments to where no one could assist.
This issue is currently ongoing for over 2 months and I have not received any confirmation from FNB that this has been escalated nor attended to, only verbaly they said it is being attended to and a manager wil give me a call to explain and assist. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALLS OR FEEDBACK FOR FNB MISTAKE which is now starting to impackt me negatively and is driving up my monthly living costs to over R3000-00 more just to arrange transport to my work and home.
I do not know what more to do other than writing a review on Hellopeter and hoping feedback will be provided as financially I can not move further due to an account that is in arrears for R2106-00.
FNB bank slogan "How can we help you?" is more of a saying to get more clients than to try and assist the current ones they have .,..
I would rate the service 0 stars but this is not a option.
