Poor service received

I am not happy about the service received from FNB branch at Fochville. I have a 30 days account and I have money saved on that account On the 23 June 2020 I went to make a request for my money and I was told it will be paid on the 25th July 2020 on my capitec account Since from that time till I have not received any monies. I took further action to re-visit the branch on the 29 July 2020 and the manager promised me that I will get my money on the 04th August 2020 but no payment made

I want to know why am I struggling to get my money and offerred with poor service. I was thinking of opening another account but due to lack of sufficient service I will never open the account.
