Poor service received

Tried to download verified statements from online banking only to find that it only gives you verified statements for certain dates and not most recent. (which I need)

Requested assistance from "my banker" Charmaine Mazibuko who I'm pretty sure does not exist. I received a call from some one else "not Charmaine" who then advised me that I need to go into the branch to have this done. little to this callers knowledge I had already been to a branch and they advised me that I can do this online!! else I will be charged! I find this a common issue with this bank as soon as the "my banker person" is not sure about something, they will tell you to go to a branch!

What is the point of online banking if I can not access what I need ?

Advice to any one looking at changing banks. Avoid FNB.
