Poor Service Private Banking

I feel that Private Banking FNB is a Joke. Ive been waiting for FNB Private Bankers to change my Cheque acc to a Fusion account since 12 August, thats 2 weeks. Is this normal turn around time? the only feedback i get is out of office and when i deal with the next person then when i follow up, they also out of office. Is there anyone at FNB Private banking that is able to assist me before going out of office. I dont feel valued as a customer. Maybe its time to move.
