Poor service Poor values

I have 6 Banking accounts with this institution they blocked my business account without fact checking over a disgruntled customer who apologized and sent an affidavit. The thing that irritates me the most no one even informed me of it a Platinum Business account now I can’t trade on it for the next 10 working days! I’m going to quantify how much business I lost and I’ll be taking legal action against them.
