Poor service poor bank

1 star is still too much for these guys. Today I did a cardless witdrawal except nothing came out and the ticket stated "sorry we can't help you at the monment" and provided a number to call. I called FNB and the agent didn't give a dam, I explained that I had literally no cash and had to pay my ticket at the mall and hse couldn't have been bothered. She put me on hold until the line disconnected then I texted FNB and that guy Authalia what not did ot give a dam, I explained the situation FNB had put me in and he dismissed meike it was nothing. FNB had been constantly skrewing up, last year they allowed some international account to deduct thousands from me every month and I still haven't received a cent of it back. I kept on reporting it and they kept on continuing to donate my money. This is the last straw. FNB is actually a way to waste money or have it ****** and they do nothing anout it and don't give a dam. I will never give another cent to these ****s again.
