Poor service: Personal Loans
Personal loans department the service is so poor, on applications made online or using the app i made an application on the 17th October 2021 even today am still told to send signed contract which i have sent more than twice and the reciept bieng confirmed but am still not sure when will i be told that it has been linked and when can i expect the payments. Each time i call am told my documents are still not linked and i must resubmit.

22 Oct 2021, 14:05I did recieve just a compliance call from Ms Laurelene Vermeulen at 10:02 who promised to call me again after recieving my email am still expecting that call. I have called personal loan division once again now and my status was still the same but i resubmitted the documents once again i wonder if this time are they going to be linked or not. In short i am still not being attended positively to my complaint.
