Poor service, once again

<p>My FNB housing debit order date is the 25th of each month. If the debit order date falls on a weekend, the debit order may be collected earlier (which is the case with FNB which tracks your salary deposit and debits immediately). </p> <p> </p> <p>My problem today is that no salary has been debited on my account, but since I do have the sufficient funds available in my overdraft facility they have decided to debit me this Friday morning. </p> <p>My overdraft facility is not there for FNB do debit my account early - as FNB will then also charge additional interest on the overdraft balance. STOP debiting my account so early, I never ever miss debit orders. If you cannot accurately only debit once my salary has been deposited then make provision to debit on the requested debit order date even if over a weekend only! If not debit my account the next possible date without charging me any additional interest. </p> <p> </p> <p>When requesting that FNB also ensure that they refuse additional bank charges (additional debit balance on overdraft); Ntombi Motlana advised I would have to send in a bank statement reflecting my bank charges when I want to request my refund. </p> <p> </p> <p>So much for Premier banking. </p>
