Poor service on fnb insurance

I had car accident on the 23/01/2025 to due date i was help by cliford Maleka he didn’t give an update on my claim, when i call to get an update I didn’t get help they all sound confused, its for the second time i had an accident get poor service. I did get service i paid for in short.
