Poor service on FNB Chat

I have a query with two amounts that were taken from my account R1850 and R135, I communicated with Tintswalo yesterday via the FNB chat who told me that the merchant is the one took their money late so they charged me for that, when I told her that its not my problem she also advised that it is not the bank's problem then she left the chat.
