Poor service on feedback and cancellation

I have send a mail 2 weeks back already to life claims and FNB for a cancellation On my funeral plan that was activated on my account. Never received any response. I want is cancelled before the first payment goes off. Do not know why it is not cancelled i told them due to I have multiple funeral plans on my name. But if we need your assistance there is none if you need our monthly payment well no problem it is there. Poor service FNB
