Poor Service on a ***** case!!!!

This will be my second Query logged about my ***** case that has not been delt with.

I am officially going to lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman as FNB failed to come back to me on my previous query. Its been 7 days an no one has contacted.

I will be lodging this on social media and the Ombudsman.

I am highly ****ed off. All i want it my Money back is that too much to ask!!!!!!!
