Poor Service of National Council of SPCAs Paypal Account by FNB

We have been trying for 3 weeks to get our account through the FICA process. Because the account is not a business account with FNB but just a Pay Pal account, we do not have a dedicated banker. The call centre agents keep pushing us from pillar to post, when the calls are actually answered. Emails remain unanswered with the exception of one email, where the consultant confirmed with me that FNB says the problem is on Paypal's side, but we have in writing from Paypal that the problem is with FNB and our online profile. Even the online banking reference number has not been dealt with. We have donations in the Paypal account that we cannot release, funding that is meant for animals and donors who cannot be thanked. We look unprofessional and ungrateful and frankly the lack of response or concern for our financial situation is appaling.
