Poor service - no updates at credit bereaus

I took a temporary loan of R1695 in November 2020, for a month and it was paid up as agreed. I have realised that it is still not updated on experian and compuscan. Its been over 5 months and no update.

I have access to my credit profile and keep checking, this thing of not updating my details with credit bureaus is very annoying and unprofessional. It prevent one from getting credit, and you are the one who is quick to say tha one does not qualify and yet your updating systems are non-existent. I need that credit profile updated, its a demand and will take further action and keep posting here until you fix it. These are some of the things that has made me to switch to better banks.
