Poor service, no response after 2 weeks of posting complaint online

This past year I have only received poor service from FNB. I tried to complain twice with the agents, but they did not want to log an official complaint. The first time I received poor service, the agent refused to put me through to a manager. The last issue that I had with FNB was that they sent me an email to inform me that if I don't update my FICA documents within 5 days, my account will be frozen. Now, I have been FICA'd before, so I am not sure why the sudden threat. I do not even have a problem to send my documents through again, but to inform me that I only have 5 days, under the threat of freezing my account...that is very concerning, I honestly do not feel safe leaving my money with someone like that. What if I was away for 2 weeks? My account would have been frozen. I went into the branch in Hartbee****rt, submitted my documentation and said that I want to log an official complaint. The cashier, Lebohang, was rude and just ignored me (even after I asked him why he is ignoring my complaint). He just told me that they should not have only given me 5 days, to which I said I want to log a complaint as to why this happened, and he never answered. I had to log an complaint online and received this notice: 'Your General Complaint Reference Number *** been assigned to a Resolution Service consultant in Customer Resolution Centre.' This was exactly 2 weeks ago, with no feedback. It seems that FNB does not care about treating customers seriously or with respect anymore. You have to fight to get assistance, and NO ONE from FNB wants to provide it.
