Poor service no feedback recieved

I Have a garnishee on my salary from SD Coetzee of R400 monthly. this is a judgment listed with an amount of R7193. I have paid R9600 thus far. When i lease with SD Coetzee i receive no joy. the balance keeps increasing on a monthly basis. I then contacted FNB as this was an FNB loan and provided them with proof of the amount i have paid thus far. according to FNB once R7193 was paid this should have been removed from my credit record. FNB only received payments of R4702.14 from DMC not even from SD Coetzee. I have sent queries to both DMC and FNB to assist me on 25/03/2015 to date i have received no feedback as to what is happening with my account. While all this is happening the garnishee still continues to go off my salary.
