Poor Service No feedback from CC division.

Made a payment to SHEIN online clothing. The payment dud not go through on the site. I tried twice more and did not go through on the site. Later realized that all 3 payments went off my CC account without showing the credit on the site. After much to and fro FNB reversed 2 payments but 1 payment remained missing. FNB said to wait 30 days for the 3rd transaction to be reversed. Now, after 30days im am informed that I need to start the whole process again due to the wrong check box selected.
