Poor service: Nicolette De lange is rude

I made a call to FNB to withdraw from my investment and got through to Nicolette De Lange. Such a rude lady, such disrespect in her tone.It was like I was a kid that annoyed her and she didn't want to assist. I have done withdrawals a few times with you guys and I have never experienced this. Your agent is rude and needs to either go for training on soft s****s or take her off the lines because she sounds like she doesn't like her job
