Poor service law on call fnb

On the 17 March 2017 I have send an email to LAW on call relating the matter whereby I brought a house and only to find out that electric fence is not working . I got a auto email no one phones me . After a month on the 14th of April I had to call them to follow up . I was told that they have sent a letter to seller to notifies him on the matter . What will happened next the seller will have option to fix the fence or the seller will request me to obtain the quote . Since then I heard anything from law on call . I was dealing with Boda, Kauser, no reference just informal
