Poor service lacking compliance and compassion

Asked for copy of contract weeks ago, did not receive Requested CANCELLATIN in writing of personal loan due to injuries and limitations received two replies: a. Same amount to be paid- no explanation ito my request b. another amount with slight discount - with no explanation in terms of my request Wrote to them again to request my contract, and AGAIN 3 days waiting for a reply
