Poor service in opening business account

I have been a loyal customer of FNB for many years - I have a personal and business bank account with them so they were the obvious choice for my second business account. Everything started off perfectly: they called me back quickly to open the account and said, although we have 5 directors in the company, I only had to send a copy of my ID and proof of business address and my card will be delivered within a few days. Sure thing, the courier called me 2 days later but then we realised the card was not in my name. The business address was in another director's name so FNB opened the profile in her name and issued her a card. FNB sent me documents which all directors had to sign, they even completed the forms on our behalf, only problem they put the incorrect director as the sole administrator (and they stated that she was a MALE). I called them and they said to send an email with corrections, which I did. After another phone call 3 days later they sent me new documents which I completed and returned. Then it took almost 2 more weeks before they were happy with the documents (although I kept sending the same documents). One time they said they couldn't open the address proof (although this was the same document that caused them to open the wrong profile in the first place). I kept sending them emails asking to correct the profile and give me access to the account but all emails were ignored. When I called, the people on the phone didn't know anything and told me to send an email. Yesterday I called again (after I have not heard anything back from them for a week) and I was told the account is open, they received all the documents and I must deposit money into the account. How can I deposit money if I don't have access to the account (don't even have an account number)! When I told the person on the phone I haven't received any confirmation and that the profile is not in my name he said he couldn't do anything but will let the correct department know. He also said since it was after 12 in the day I had to wait till today for a response! Needless to say, no response yet. Really FNB? After years of loyalty to you I am VERY disappointed in the incompetence, lack of support, lack of communication, lack of professionalism, so on and so forth. I've been trying to open a business account since 12 March and today is 6 April. I would have been better off wasting one day to collect all 5 directors between Vosloorus and Bapong and take them to a branch in person. Could somebody please help me to gain access to this account????
