Poor service in FNB Vincent

Had bad experience today with the Branch Manager herself in Vincent Park. Someone tried to de***** my account sometime on 6 June, I phoned ***** division an my card and app was blocked. This morning at 10:00 and was attended after 2hours of which the problem could not be solved. I gent and a lady tried their almost best to assist but still they couldn't so the option was to get cash from tellers and another card was being issued. After I realized that the quee wasn't moving I asked to talk to manager about the problem. She became very rude to me and asked what is it that I wanted her to do, I can only complain otherwise its beyond her control she can not prioritize my problem. Let alone that all eyes were on me. She's very unprofessional, atleast she should have considered the time I waited for help only to find there's nothing she could if I can't wait longer, mind you it was almost 3 hours of sitting and standing
