Poor service in closing account

Just how long does it take to close accounts at fnb, went to a branch in guagga pretoria to close all of my accounts they said they neede d someone from credit to authorise closure after a week a lady called me and said that credit authorised then promised to call me back cz it's cross branch bt never did it's nearing three weeks now. Someone please please please help mee close my accounts
