Poor service in a regular occurance

Today I received by registered mail a letter from Karmin Khiamal from Fourways branch dated 29th September 2016 requesting a response by 20th October 2016.

FNB has my contact details including email address and phone numbers but choose to communicate by SAPO service and only after the date that a response was required!

How ridiculous can FNB be?
