Poor Service I got from Thulamahashe FNB

I went to FNB Branch in Thulamahashe to withdraw money at the ATM,I found a cleaner who was doing his job,I waited for him to give me go ahead with what I wanted to do, instead he started to shout at me, asking me what am I waiting for,I told him since he was cleaning I was waiting for him to give me a go ahead than to go over where he was cleaning,he started shouting at me and the other guy who was behind me, telling me that I don't have money I should not bother him by waiting there as if I don't know what I want,I told him that he must have customers service to people and he told me,it's not his job to have customers service,I will get customers service inside not to him,he continued telling words which are the end I ended shouting also, really I am not happy about the service that I got from FNB Thulamahashe.
