Poor Service from RMB

Shocking Service from RMB. Home loan process was an absolute nightmare. Trying to resolve an issue for the past 2 months with no resolution. Private Banker is beyond useless. Biggest mistake of my life was moving over to RMB....not recommended AT ALL!
