Poor service from Quick Sales continues

And yes my woes with FNB quick sales continue - following paperwork that the seller needed to complete with FNB - FNB merely needs to give final approval so funds can be released and a sale lodged. No new negotiations or anything else needs to happen. FNB has been sitting on this for a week already and zero action. This sale is now entering the 6 month and we are still no closer to getting this deal done. PS in the meantime I have bought another property and we are about to lodge transfer.......
