Poor service from Jabulani at the FNB Tsakane branch

Poor poor service from Jabulani at FNB tsakane mall. I spent almost and hour at FNB Tsakane branch just waiting for assistance. He was all over the place, online banking, Ques outside and at the ATM and on top of that he didn't want to offer me his service he made people come in front of me and I was waiting patiently in the ques to be assisted. Ended up not doing what I come for at the back cause I didn't get the sevice that I wanted.
