POOR Service from Forex Dept and Customer Service Dept

I have lodged a complaint about FNB Forex Charges which are ridiculously high and also about a staff member in FNB Forex Dept (Nonkululeko Ntumba) who never even bothered to reply to my mail. I have sent various follow up requests for feedback with absolutely NO feedback! The latest reply even suggests that FNB's feedback is included in the return mail BUT this said mail was blank. I must say that of late the service of FNB has gone backward BIG TIME. After being with FNB as a customer for +-31 years I do not feel like remaining a customer. All the adds about the most innovative bank, etc. are just empty bubbles of air. Really pathetic service. Should you decide to make an attempt to reply....DO NOT phone me but rather e-mail me....

WoW! Feedback from Jackie Cuthbert really disappointing!!! They call this department the "Client Experience Team"....really pathetic response to my complaint and another bad EXPERIENCE from the Experience Team. I still do not know what to do to avoid these extremely exorbitant forex cost from FNB. This reply from Jackie could have been left unanswered as that would have left me in a better position. Charging me in excess of R750 for a transfer between my FNB Global Account in SA to my FNB Channel Islands Account....it is simply mind boggling....
