Poor service from Forex

I requested assistance to sell my Forex in February 2021. To date this has not happened. Instead I've been asked to complete forms and I've sent emails to the Forex team and had no response. I can only assume that this poor service is because I have moved my main banking activity away from FNB to another bank. As a result FNB is no longer interested in assisting me, clearly.
