Poor service from FND Investments

Asked for basic information on TFSA's ... initially told that I would need to wait for 24 Business Hours (3 days) for this information. Complained about this and received a response but the email was so unprofessional - text boiler plate and duplicated). I will gladly take my money to another bank.
