Poor Service from FNB Short Term Insurance

I app**** for a claim on my home insurance which was rejected and I was told I could appeal it which I did and was told it will take FNB STI 45 days to respond. But it is more than 65 days without and concrete feedback. I called the callcenter and was told to resend the email which I did last Thurdsay but nobody responded till yet.

I just want to know the status of my appeal and hope they can respond as soon as possible. This service is unlike FNB.
