Poor service from FNB shareinvestment

I requested a merge on my Share investor account and Share Saver account on the 11th of May 2020 , so I would be left with one account which is a share investor account. I was told this was captured on the 13th of May 2020. Today is the 1st of June and the action has not been completed.

I have been on numerous calls with no help , some of them just drops without helping. Very frustrating for a client who has been loyal to the organisation for a long time.
