Poor service from fnb promenade

Hi Nicole at Fnb promenade mitchells plain.

I am trying to contact you guys ditectly with tremendous and continuous failed attempts .

I do however see that ypu managed to get the monthly fees reversed but i still see that I paid for those reversals we spoke about amd the fees I paid for when the money went through to the companies.. that's x2 R155 and x1 R310.

This would not have incurred had this account been closed upon my very first visit in trying to closed this account. Bare In mind I've been thee more then once prior to the deductions as I was pushing for this very companies that I have now not to happen.. now I am not concurring the essence of this.. please could me contact me on ***
