POOR SERVICE FROM FNB ON CALL

I have been a client of FNB for a while now and I have had the FNB on Law on call since 2019. I logged a claim in February and have been following up since then , with no response from FNB Law on call . I submitted a request for assistance on the 20th of February , received refe ( ***). I followed up on the 22nd of February via email and received no response. I called your 087 number on the 26th again and spoke to someone who requested additional documentation , which I submitted. It is now the 8th of March and I still received no feedback or response to my request or various emails. What was even more disappointing was when I called the 087 number today requesting my policy to be cancelled and no attempt was made to resolve my frustration, I was rather told, it's not a problem they will cancel my policy noting that i will forfeit any claims submitted and any premium paid.
