Poor service from FNB! No answers

I am so disgusted with the service from FNB this last week. We’ve been with them for years, and never experienced any problems. I app**** for a pre approved revolving facility and after a week still nothing. Every time I phone, Im told a different excuse and to wait 24hrs. My query is escalated and no one is coming back to me. I requested to speak to a manager, they can not put me through, but instead take my nr for a call back which I knew Im not going to get a call. I was told this morning theres a back log, and same as yesterday, by end of business today the funds should be cleared in the account which was already created when I app****. Someone is clearly not doing their job!
