Poor service from Fnb law on call

I am quite irritated with FNB on call.

I signed up this morning and spent quite some time providing my details which I discovered now were not captured - instead the records pulling are ones from moons ago, which are clearly not pulled from Home Affairs.

After signing up, I did not receive any policy schedule and still have not. If FBB Law on call are going to sign up individuals, they must ensure the correct details provided by the client reflect on the policy. Furthermore, they should send the clients the copy of the policy schedule immediately.

Finally, I inquired whether FNB law on call business covers Non-Executive Directors operating in their personal capacity - I was sent from pillar to post and the consultants seem quite clueless. What a pity FNB.
