Poor service from FNB Invest

Very disappointed in the service offered by FNB Invest. I have been with FNB for over 30 years and have always received good service. Recently I went into the bank to get advice on RAs. I completed the form requesting an investment consultant to contact me. I received an email confirming that I would receive a call within two business working days. A week later I am still waiting for the call. I feel this is very poor service from FNB. I am now extremely reluctant to invest with them. My husband and I had been planning to invest lump sums every 18 months with FNB. However, based on the service received we will be looking elsewhere.
